Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a first-year MBA program and able to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship.
• Paid internship with potential for full-time opportunities, including GMAP.
• Structured rotations across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
• Execute project deliverables and present findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership to understand drivers and challenges.
