Ideal candidates have an MBA and engineering/operations background, 3+ years business experience, and strong process-orientation. Onsite roles require in-person presence, with a focus on leadership development and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• MBA required: upcoming graduate (operations concentration preferred).
• Background in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 3+ years business experience; knowledge of medical products and markets a plus.
• Structured, process- and result-oriented way of working.
• Project management experience a plus.
• Ability to build and manage relationships and networks within the organization.
• Autonomy in taking responsibility; comfortable with middle, senior and executive management.
• Must meet the physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements as stated.

Responsibilities

• Diagramming and evaluating existing processes; developing metrics for process measurement.
• Collecting data to identify root causes; measuring performance against process requirements.
• Aligning improvements to performance shortfalls; surveying best practices for techniques and processes.
• Developing business cases; supporting projects; creating executive-level reporting.
• Rotations entail leading projects across Operations and Supply Chain functions over ~18 months.
