Job summary

Philips is offering an MBA Full Time – Operations Leadership Development Program in Nashville, TN; Murrysville, PA; and Cambridge, MA for Summer 2027. The program provides three rotations of nine months each, leading projects across Operations and Supply Chain with hands-on experience at a HealthTech company.

Ideal candidates are MBA graduates or soon-to-be MBAs with an engineering/operations background, 3+ years of business experience, and strong process and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• MBA required: coming graduate or recent graduate with operations focus.
• Background in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 3+ years business experience; knowledge of medical products and markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagramming and evaluating existing processes; developing metrics for process measurement.
• Collecting data to identify root causes; measuring performance against process requirements.
• Aligning improvement to performance shortfalls; surveying best practices for techniques and processes.
• Develop business cases to support projects or programs; analyze, review and create executive level reporting.
