POSITION SPECIFICS Location of positions: Boston, MA Start date: July/August 2027 Required for application: Resume Office Requirement: Hybrid: on average Investment Directors are expected to be in the office 10-12 days per month Base Pay/Salary: $150,000 annual base salary Additionally, offer includes sign on bonus and you are eligible to participate in firm’s Annual Performance Bonus Program.
Investment Directors will work with colleagues to help clients meet or exceed their investment objectives. Investment Directors work within a team-based structure, with Managing Directors, Senior Investment Directors and associates. This position involves developing appropriate financial and investment goals, asset allocation policies, and investment manager structures. Investment Directors also conduct due diligence on investment opportunities, select and recommend appropriate managers for investments, and evaluate performance of individual managers and total portfolios. There are opportunities to oversee and participate in all aspects of client projects, including performing analytical tasks, developing recommendations, supervising investment associates, and developing presentation materials. Investment Directors assume significant individual responsibility on client relationships, including direct client interaction and presenting recommendations directly to clients. Investment Directors work in one of three primary practice areas: Endowment&Foundation, Private Client and Retirement, Insurance&Government.
Base salary range for this role: Pay Range Minimum: 136600 Pay Range Maximum: 183000 In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
