Republic Services is seeking MBAs for a dynamic, 10‑week paid internship across field operations and strategy. You’ll rotate through Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales and Administration, delivering project work and presenting findings to leadership.

High‑performing interns may be considered for full‑time programs such as GMAP. The program emphasizes environmental, operational, and social impact while exposing you to executive leadership and real business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
• Commit to a full‑time, 10‑week internship beginning in June.
• Interest in operations, leadership and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales and Administration.
• Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
• Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership to understand business drivers and challenges.
• Learn to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete tasks within the timeframe.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.
