Vanguard in Malvern, PA invites MBA interns to join the Investment Management track for a 2027 summer program. You’ll contribute to strategic analyses, investment research, and portfolio discussions under senior mentors, shaping outcomes for millions of clients.

The internship starts May/June 2027 and offers a hybrid schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday, with some teams in-office full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and MBA enrollment in progress.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate work experience in investment management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to pivot across challenges.
• Strong interest in financial markets.
