• Gather and synthesize industry and market data.
• Extensive analysis on potential investments, including financial modeling in Excel.
• Manage due diligence with advisors across commercial, accounting, tax, and legal.
• Assist with development and monitoring of portfolio company initiatives.
• Monitor and report portfolio company performance.
• Draft and present materials to management and investors.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external advisors.
