Job summary

KKR Capstone is seeking current 1st-year MBA students for a 10-week internship in New York and Menlo Park. The role focuses on operating improvements, growth initiatives, and strategic diligence for portfolio companies.

Exceptional performers may receive full-time offers as Associates after the internship. Working closely with deal teams and portfolio company management, interns will help identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and support implementation across multiple functional areas

Qualifications

• Current 1st year MBA student with anticipated graduation Spring 2028.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity and excellence.
• Interest in real assets investing with strong business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation levers.
• Collaborate on growth, efficiency, strategic initiatives and due diligence.
• Support 100-day planning and post-internship high-potential talent recruitment.
