Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier 1 business school or current enrollment with degree by July 31, 2027.
• Three years of finance, accounting, audit, operations, sales, or alcoholic beverage industry experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional project management.
• Ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects and develop long-term financial plans.
• Provide insights that inform business decisions across Marketing, Grape Supply, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain.
• Partner with senior leaders as a key business partner to shape financial strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and performance metrics.
