Job summary

Medline Industries, LP's MBA Internship Program invites you to apply for a 12-week internship. You will work with Finance and business leaders to analyze performance, build financial models, and develop strategic recommendations.

You’ll gain exposure to FP&A, corporate development, BI, and capital allocation, while strengthening communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates are pursuing an MBA, have 3+ years in finance, and can present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community and with vendors, including negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
• Assesses financial and business risks, evaluates tradeoffs, and develops thoughtful recommendations supported by data.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings.
