Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Brand Management MBA Intern for the Summer of 2027 to contribute expertise on our Lindt Destination Style Chocolate growth initiative. The intern will manage one to three marketing projects, including planning and executing select marketing mix activities with support from mentors and workshops.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of marketing mix tools.
• Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/Nielsen) preferred.
• Marketing exposure in US consumer packaged goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and help lead teams to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate messages tailored to target audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
• Apply marketing mix tools and leadership skills on 1–3 projects.
• Develop relevant and profitable products with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with trade marketing and field sales for integration.
• Analyze business results and present learnings and recommendations to management.
