Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. invites students to join its Lindternship program, a twelve-week, hands-on experience designed to build practical skills and contribute to projects that impact our business. Interns are paired with mentors, attend career workshops, and participate in networking events.

The Lindternship is based at Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH, running June 1, 2027 through August 20, 2027, with opportunities across Marketing, Finance, HR, R&D/QA/Packaging, and more.

• Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (graduation May 2027–May 2029).

What To Expect as a Lindtern:

Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands‑on experience, allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry. The internship program runs from June 1, 2027 - August 20, 2027.

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location.

Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
