• Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic initiative evaluating clinical and financial outcomes of a drug utilization review program.
• Define research objectives and methodology, extract and analyze healthcare data.
• Interpret findings and translate results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Clinical Programs, Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and submit a research abstract and poster for the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA).
• Present project findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
