Responsibilities

• Support adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.
• Develop and execute a pharmacy quality or clinical outcomes research project with organizational priorities.
• Partner with Clinical Programs and Analytics teams to define research questions, methodology, and success metrics.
• Collect, validate, and analyze healthcare, clinical, operational, and financial data.
• Identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement and enhanced program performance.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and summary reports to communicate findings.
• Prepare a research abstract for submission to the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA).
• Design and develop a professional scientific research poster for presentation at the PQA Annual Meeting.
• Present project findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support additional strategic, clinical, or financial initiatives within the Clinical Programs department as needed.
