MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a detail-oriented parts clerk to support our supply room operations in Weslaco, Texas. You will order, receive, stock, and issue equipment parts, and work closely with production personnel to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Strong inventory discipline, basic arithmetic, and the ability to read catalogs and manuals are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish communication helps us serve a diverse customer base in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

To support our operations by ordering supplies and parts and analyzing and resolving any complaints or problems associated with the supply room or ordering, receiving, issuing, stocking, and independently operating the parts supply room. This individual is required to use sound judgment in resolving daily problems of the supply room. The objective is to prevent interruptions to daily operations. Work with production personnel and operators to attain company goals, contain cost, maintain good relations, and improve quality.
Order, receive, stock, and issue equipment parts and supplies; Identifies and resolves problems related to inventory variances, storeroom operations, and orders from vendors; Reconciles storeroom inventory against a computer generated report; Coordinate and perform cyclical physical inventories; Expedites the parts needed for equipment repair by determining parts availability; Ensures inventory meets proper turnover ratio standards (establish a minimum and maximum levels); Arranges delivery of expedited parts; Researches catalogs and contacts vendors to ascertain cost and availability of parts; Prepares weekly and monthly inventory level reports; Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Perform other jobs related duties as assigned. Complete all other duties as assigned.
Parts and supplies. Modern storekeeping methods and practices. Perform simple arithmetical computations with speed and accuracy. Solve problems using sound judgment. Order, receive, and issue parts and maintain accurate computerized inventory records under general supervision. Interpret needs of mechanics and stock storeroom in anticipation of those needs. Read parts catalogs and equipment manuals Communicate orally in the English and Spanish language with customers, clients, and the public using a telephone and in face-to-face, one-to-one settings. Understand and follow oral and written instructions in the English and Spanish language. Work cooperatively with other employees, customers, clients, and the public. Order required parts from outlines specifications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office & IMS Verify parts and supplies against specifications.
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling and heavy lifting and carrying. Use of hands to include grasping both firm and light. Continual lifting and/or carrying of 0-10 lbs. Floor to chest. Occasional lifting and/or carrying of 11-30 lbs. Floor to chest Occasional lifting and/or carrying of over 30 lbs. Floor to chest. Occasional lifting, pushing and/or pulling over 50 lbs. Operation of hand and power tools Occasionally working under, over and/or uncomfortable positions.
Work inside/outside in a non-climate controlled conditions. Work around moving objects. Exposure to hot/cold temperatures based on outside conditions. Exposure to loud noises.
