• Assist in allocating daily staffing by reviewing workload and actions needed.
• Help train and coach new and existing associates in their department.
• Participate in safety and training activities to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain production process skills and keep up to date with requirements.

Description of Duties:

• Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions.
• Assists with consistently administering company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.
• Maintaining employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company.
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis.
• Assists with allocating daily staffing needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiating appropriate action.
• Assists in the training and coaching of both new and existing associates within their department to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
• Expected to participate in activities such as training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area(s) involved.
• Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Maintains the technical and leadership skills required to effectively administer the production process.

Compensation Range:

$27.25-33.28
