MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a capable individual to support production operations in our Nevada plant. The role emphasizes effective communication, staffing coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will engage in coaching, training, and regular interaction with team members to sustain productivity and morale while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Description of Duties:

• Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions.
• Assists with consistently administering company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.
• Maintaining employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company.
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis.
• Assists with allocating daily staffing needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiating appropriate action.
• Assists in the training and coaching of both new and existing associates within their department to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
• Expected to participate in activities such as training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area(s) involved.
• Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Maintains the technical and leadership skills required to effectively administer the production process.

Compensation Range:

$27.25-33.28

*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
