Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements and drive operational excellence. You will support deployment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS) and impact safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.

The role requires Lean Manufacturing expertise, Six Sigma experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
• 7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end process improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives that improve operational performance aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and MBS tools.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.
• Support Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Standard Work, TPM, and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Lead change management and cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.
• Analyze manufacturing and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support capital projects, automation initiatives, and process validation activities.
• Coach leaders and associates on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
• 7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Daily Management, and Standard Work.
• Project Management certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
