Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a team-oriented associate to coach line staff and uphold daily production standards. You will guide teammates using MPS tools (SOS, TPM and 5S), help resolve issues with CI/Quality, and ensure timely repairs and smooth cross-training within the team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required.
• Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) required.
• Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred.
• Able to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $23.75-29.14 *Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
