Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring for a production assembler on site in Louisville, KY. The role requires rotating through multiple stations to assemble cabinets, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You will follow SOS documents and supervisor guidance, ensuring parts fit correctly and quality standards are met. Preferred candidates have at least six months of manufacturing experience and can work in a team environment, wearing PPE as required and adapting to business

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand standard operating sheets (SOS).
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Flexible and able to switch to different positions depending on business needs.
• Ability to use hand tools or machines to assemble cabinets.
• Adhere to MBC processes and procedures, Safety and Quality Standards.
• Preferred at least six (6) months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets and ensure that all parts are fitted correctly.
• Keep the workspace clean and free from clutter.
• Audit and report any quality concerns to quality technicians.
• Must be able to rotate and perform all jobs on the production line, as needed
  • Builder stations (Stations 1-4)
    • Build end panels
    • Attach tops and bottoms
    • Add Back and corners
    • Apply Hotmelt
  • Assembler (Stations 6-8)
    • Attach Door and install rails
    • Install Drawers and shelves
    • Secure Door to cabinet
  • Boxing the cabinet (9-11)
    • Tape bottom box
    • Tape top box
    • Label box
  • Stackers (A &B)
    • Pick up a pallet
    • Stack cabinets on pallet
    • Wrap Pallet
  • Drawer Box (Station 1-2)
    • Run Steal Work machine
    • Attach faces and rails to drawers
• Other jobs as assigned to you.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

Stand/ walk for a minimum of 10 hours Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50Ib Capacity to stack up to eight (8) foot tall pallets Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled area
