Adecco is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist on Mazak lathes in Fenton, MO. The role focuses on programming and setup, precision measurement, and maintaining tight tolerances for diverse components.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience with manual and CNC Mazak lathes.
• Extensive knowledge of Mazak equipment and Mazatrol programming.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills.
• Understanding of cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and machining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Program and Set-up CNC Mazak lathes
• Ability to make offsets, change and reset tools
• Inspect and ensure that all dimensions are within print specification
• Complete required documentation with accurate information
• Perform daily preventative machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
