Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Indianapolis is seeking a Functional Consultant to manage MAS development, support, and interfaces with multiple teams. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, document designs, and drive status meetings to address project risks while coordinating offshore teams as needed.

You will handle 24x7 platform support, deploy MAS components on container platforms, monitor health and performance, and work with business units to gather requirements.

Qualifications

• Responsible for MAS development / Support.
• Responsible for MAS applications and troubleshooting issues.
• Design and documentation.
• Work with different teams on interfaces.
• Assist or drive status meetings to communicate and address project risks or issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24*7 platform support and application issues and development activities.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain MAS core and suite modules on container platforms like Red Hat OpenShift.
• Monitor system health, performance, and reliability; proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and troubleshooting installation or database issues.
• Application development and collaboration with business on requirements.
• Knowledge of service management and implementation in service delivery.
• Regular communication with clients/customers on service tickets and deliveries.
• Develops self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
