Zusammenfassung

Aramark seeks a Maximo Planner to coordinate with Capacity Assurance Coordinators and work within Maximo to organize preventive, predictive maintenance, repairs, and projects across a site. The role partners with Facility Staff to validate requirements, set priorities, and align resources for scheduled maintenance and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance planning experience and familiarity with IWMS/CMMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Technical Associate's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management or related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Certification by recognized professional bodies preferred (IFMA, SMRP, AFE etc.) or Skilled Trades license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant technical experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Planner/Scheduler.

Aufgaben

• Know and uphold ARAMARK's policies, procedures and Service Agreement with GM-GTC to allow customers and tenants to focus on their core business.
• Engage with Facility Managers and CACs to balance work requirements with available skills and apply Quality Network Planned Maintenance (QNPM) processes.
• Receive work orders from CACs and fully estimate the work requirements, standards and priorities, and the resources necessary to fulfill them.
• Dispatch work orders to Facility Managers to direct the work in accordance with site standards and KPI for performance and customer satisfaction.
