Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions is seeking a skilled Maximo Engineer/FEM Specialist to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. You will manage customized FEM IBM Maximo environments, optimize workflows, and integrate systems to sustain mission readiness.

The role requires 5+ years of Maximo experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret clearance. Collaboration with product owners, SMEs, and DevSecOps teams is essential to keep modernization on track while maintaining operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Maximo engineering/support with customized environments.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with Maximo Suite, workflow automation, asset management, maintenance scheduling, SQL, APIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainment, modernization, workflow optimization and integration management for the FEM Maximo environment.
• Analyze, configure, develop and sustain maintenance workflows for depot operations, calibration and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, DevSecOps, and system architects to modernize workflows without disrupting operations.
• Support governance, API integration, reporting optimization, technical debt reduction and regression validation during releases.
