ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Reactive Job Administrator to support the efficient management of reactive work orders in the Maximo system. The role focuses on ensuring overdue orders are reviewed, updated, and closed promptly to maintain service standards.

You will source and review information, update records in Maximo, and ensure all details are captured before closing orders. Strong communication, independent prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint are

• Experience using Maximo or a similar CAFM system would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Source and review information required to close overdue reactive work orders using email inboxes and SharePoint files.
• Accurately update and close completed work orders within the Maximo system.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured before closing work orders.
• Identify, investigate, and elevate any missing information that may prevent the timely completion of work orders.
