Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maximo Planner to coordinate with Capacity Assurance Coordinators and site staff, organizing preventive, predictive maintenance, repairs, and projects in Maximo to keep facilities reliable. You will balance campus workload, set priorities, track KPIs, and ensure timely completion of work through skilled trades and subcontractors, while upholding safety and contract requirements.

• Experience with IWMS/CMMS in large-scale operations.
• Knowledge of facility operations and systems maintenance in engineering/manufacturing.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CACs and balance workload with site skills.
• Dispatch and prioritize work orders per site standards.
• Track KPI, asset uptime, and cost optimization.
• Audit work orders and drive data integrity improvements.
