Smurfit WestRock in Richmond, VA is seeking Machine Operators to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. No experience? We’ll train you to succeed. You’ll operate various manufacturing equipment, follow directions, and help deliver high-quality products safely.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: 26.38

Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours. Must be willing to work any assigned shift and complete initial training on first shift for approximately 2–3 weeks. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, may be required.

• The starting rate is$26.38per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation prorated year 1, and 10 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
