Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interest in conservation, ecology, biology or related fields.
• Willingness to learn plant identification, field techniques and safe herbicide handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Control invasive plants using mechanical and chemical methods.
• Propagate native plants in a nursery and out-plant with follow-up care.
• Monitor plant survival and outplant success; repair fences and maintain equipment.
• Conduct field surveys to map and monitor restoration activities.
