Job summary

CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii seeks a temporary Marketing Coordinator to join our Maui team in Kihei for a 6-month season. You will support daily marketing tasks, manage localized campaigns, monitor social channels, create engaging content, and coordinate events to resonate with Hawaii’s unique local culture.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and Maui residency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Hawaii geography, community dynamics, and local market.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and grammar.
• Must reside on Maui.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Distribution: Draft engaging copy and coordinate visual assets for social media, newsletters, and local print ads.
• Campaign Management: Assist in executing, tracking, and reporting digital and traditional campaigns.
• Event Coordination: Plan, set up, and execute local promotional events and partnerships in Hawaii.
• Brand Asset Management: Organize marketing collateral, image libraries, and merchandise inventory.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules, marketing calendars, and liaison with local vendors and partners.
