Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a reliable Driver/Loader for Maui operations. This hands-on role combines driving with loading, unloading, scanning, and freight handling to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining secure, accurate loads.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, route adherence, DOT compliance, and professional communication with customers and facilities. Benefits include health, life, and retirement options, plus PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required DOT qualifications, when applicable.
• Previous commercial driving, delivery, warehouse, or freight-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles on Maui delivery routes.
• Load, unload, scan, and organize freight.
• Verify freight and shipment counts before departure.
• Complete assigned routes safely and within scheduled delivery windows.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Communicate delays or issues to supervision.
• Assist with warehouse operations and keep areas organized.
