Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics - Kahului is seeking qualified truck drivers to transport freight on scheduled routes in Hawaii. You will safely load and unload cargo, document shipments, and interact professionally with customers at each stop.

This role requires a valid CDL and a clean driving record; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. The company offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and loyalty incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and DOT Medical Card.
• 1+ year of delivery or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight.
• Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete routes as assigned by dispatch, adjusting for delays.
• Ensure shipments are secure during transit.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Report equipment issues, delays, or delivery problems to dispatch.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Keep vehicle clean and fueled, and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Assist with warehouse duties when needed.
