Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate in Cincinnati for a part-time role. The employee drives sales by assisting customers, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and hitting personal performance metrics.

You will engage with customers, learn product knowledge, and contribute to store profitability in a fast-paced, positive environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of retail experience preferred.

• Drive Personal Sales
• Provide an exceptional selling experience for all Purple customers to increase sales/KPIs
• Make strategic sales decisions that align to Purple's values
