Qualifications

• Must stand and walk for 8+ hours daily and lift up to 120 pounds.
• Able to follow work instructions and production tickets clearly.
• Safety-focused in a Lean Manufacturing environment with PPE provided.

• Perform hands-on mattress assembly and operate production equipment.
• Support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow standard work procedures.
