You will negotiate, litigate, and advise on complex divorces, custody, and support issues while supporting an elite client base with strategic, results-driven representation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of matrimonial law experience.
• Expertise in divorce, custody, support and prenuptial/postnuptial matters.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills for high-net-worth, complex cases.
• NY Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in matrimonial matters including divorce, custody and support.
• Advise on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and negotiate favorable terms.
