Salary: Main pay scale or Upper pay scale (with possible TLR)
Pay Scale: MPS to UPS per annum, with potential TLR D of £6,021 for Head of Year if applicable.
Abbeywood Community School is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Maths Teacher to join our dedicated Maths department. This position is for 0.5 FTE starting on 1st September 2025, on a permanent contract. We are also interested in applications from individuals who can teach Business.
Working in our Maths department offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled and experienced team, contributing significantly to the educational journey of our students. We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking individual passionate about enhancing their teaching approach to motivate students.
For suitable candidates, a Raising Standards Lead position is available, which includes a TLR D payment of £6,021 (pro-rata). This role could be increased from 0.5 FTE if desired. If you wish to apply for this alongside the Maths Teacher position, please specify this in your application.
