Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned math lessons (Common Core State Standards) that accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and positive classroom culture with clear expectations for student behavior and academic integrity.
• Assessment & Data Analysis: Design and administer formative and summative assessments. Analyze student data to differentiate instruction, address learning gaps, and track academic growth.
• Technology Integration: Utilize educational technology, graphing calculators, and digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, MathXL) to enhance instruction.
• Collaboration: Participate actively in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), departmental meetings, and district-wide professional development to align curriculum and share best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
