Job description

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a High School Math Teacher. You will be working with small groups of students to provide additional math support and instruction. This is an opening for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.

Base pay range: $69,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. We are currently implementing a Critical Need Bonus for certified Math Teachers who successfully join our team of $7,500!

Base Salary SY25/26: $69,000-89,000
Hours: 7:15-3:45
Competitive Raises year to year, many BONUS and Stipend opportunities, no Master's needed.

Requirements
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Teacher certification is required for this role. Candidate must hold a CE, CEAS, Limited CE, or Standard Certificate as a "Teacher of Mathematics" issued by the NJDOE.
