Job summary

Harmony School of Excellence - Sugar Land Middle in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Campus Instructional Coach to partner with teachers, lead data-driven instruction, and support professional learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the subject area.
• Hold a valid professional teaching certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Harmony mission, vision and values.
• Provide 15 hours of weekly interventions to students.
• Lead biweekly data meetings with teachers.
• Run coaching cycles with teachers and track progress.
• Use data to identify current realities and set SMART goals.
• Co-plan/co-teach lessons with teachers when needed.
• Model effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
