Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the subject area (i.e. Math, ELA, or PK-2).
• Preferred: valid professional teaching certificate; demonstrated strong teaching performance.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission, vision and values of Harmony Public Schools.
• Leads biweekly data meetings with teachers and coaches cycles.
• Trains teachers on Teach Like a Champion (TLAC) strategies.
• Designs and delivers PD for teachers and PLCs.
• Trains and supports PLC leaders on Harmony’s PLC model.
• Plans and tracks mentor/mentee relationships on campus.
