Qualifications

• Possesses a master’s degree in mathematics or a master’s in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in mathematics-related courses.
• Able to teach and assess student learning in assigned courses.
• Shows sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate student learning in assigned classes.
• Provide syllabus appropriate to course(s) taught and follow content requirements.
• Maintain attendance and grading records per policy.
• Be available to students outside scheduled class time.
• Meet all scheduled classes and use Canvas/PowerPoint as appropriate.
• Notify department chair of emergencies and promote diversity and inclusion.
