Responsive Education Solutions 149 - Premier High School (Ingram) of San Antonio, TX is seeking a Math Instructional Aide to assist teachers with monitoring the learning center and guiding students’ progress.

The position is part-time hourly with a starting date of immediately. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, plus relevant experience with students or parents. Salary ranges from $15 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or hold a GED.
• Experience working with students or parents as approved by the employing superintendent.
• 6+ months of experience in Public or Private School (preferred).
• Be 18+ and meet course requirements or possess diploma/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teacher or Coordinator in all areas of work.
• Implement instructional program and lesson plans under supervision.
• Assist with understanding assessments.
• Help check daily goals to ensure completion.
• Motivate students for maximum learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings and training workshops.
• Promote student self-esteem and success.
• Facilitate activities that promote English language skills.
• Perform special projects during/after hours; other duties as assigned.
