The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of PA standards, curriculum design and delivery, effective instructional methods, and the ability to monitor and assess student performance while building

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Pennsylvania academic content standards.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and delivery for individuals and groups.
• Skill in selecting and using appropriate instructional methods and materials.
• Ability to monitor and assess students’ performance to identify areas for improvement and remediation.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, parents, administrators and other members of the school.
• Pennsylvania Certification 7-9/12, Mathematics (I or II) bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in education.

Responsibilities

• Teach 7th grade mathematics in compliance with Pennsylvania standards.
• Monitor and assess student performance to identify areas for improvement and remediation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators and other staff to support student success.
