Get Results Tutoring is seeking tutors with strong math and science skills to join our team in Centre County, PA. You will provide one-on-one tutoring at the middle or secondary level and support students with homework, exams, and progression tracking.

Minimum bachelor’s degree required with excellent communication and teaching skills. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a collaborative work environment to help students succeed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in math and/or science at the middle or secondary level.
• Support students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Explain concepts in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Record notes on each tutoring session, including content covered, scores/progress, and next steps.
• Communicate effectively with students and, when appropriate, parents/guardians.
• Maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment.
