Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Contracted Coherent Math Supports Coordinator to oversee coordination and monitoring of contracted vendors delivering core and tiered math instruction. This role involves coordinating services, managing invoices, and supporting grants with vendor and LEA collaboration.

Applicants should have school/district coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and math instruction

Qualifications

• Full‑time or part‑time teaching, administration, or coordination experience in a school or district setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• No financial interest in vendors related to bid opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with program coordination, planning and/or analysis.
• Familiarity with core and tiered math instruction, classroom resources and systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to racial equity in education.
• Familiarity with student information systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google products, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracted services and monitor project performance.
• Develop procedures for coordination and monitoring across LEAs and vendor staff.
• Manage billing process, invoices, and payables with accuracy.
• Create and track program budgets; report to program manager.
• Coordinate grants using Grants Management System; liaise with LEAs and grant lead.
