Job summary

Auburn Public Schools is seeking a LTS Math Paraprofessional at Swanson Road Intermediate School in Auburn, MA. The role supports students in mathematics, both in the classroom and in small group sessions, to enhance problem solving and achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in mathematics.
• Massachusetts certification for specific grade levels preferred.
• Massachusetts certification in mathematics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in learning math concepts and problem solving.
• Support classroom and small group sessions.
• Prepare students for Mathematics MCAS and other assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan a program meeting student needs.
• Maintain records and communicate with parents when appropriate.
