Job summary

A prominent educational center in Creve Coeur is seeking an Assistant Center Director. This role offers a rewarding leadership opportunity where you can transform the lives of 1st-12th grade students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for math, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in education, and excellent interpersonal skills. The job involves supporting the Center Director, assisting with sales, and leading team members in providing individualized instruction. A flexible schedule and supportive work culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working in a supervisory role in education.

• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families.
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement.
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
