Job summary

Mathnasium of Bend is hiring to support daily operations and student support in a busy learning center. The role involves greeting families, coordinating instructors, and delivering high-quality math instruction oversight. You will interact with parents and students to share progress and center activities.

The position emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness, and attention to detail, with schedule expectations from Monday–Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work: Monday - Thursday 1pm–7pm, and Sunday 9am–1pm.
• Provide children with excellent educational services and explain program benefits.
• Supervise and manage instructor schedule per policy.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and proactively resolve concerns.
• Liaise with parents, students, Center Director, and instructors; communicate progress and information.
• Prepare teaching materials in students' binders and send progress reports to parents.
• Delegate tasks to lead instructors to improve center efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to work: Monday - Thursday from 1pm - 7pm, and Sunday from 9am - 1pm
• Provide children with excellent educational services, elaborate on program details and benefits to current and potential customers
• Supervise and manage instructor schedule in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with current and potential customers, proactively identify instructional issues and resolve client concerns
• Liaise with parents, students, Center Director, and instructors; communicate educational development, school activities, news and information, or feedback gathered from parents or through other activities
• Prepare teaching materials in students' binders, craft and send progress reports to parents periodically
• Delegate appropriate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to achieve efficiency in center operations

• Experience managing an office preferred
• Previous experience in a lead position with an educational institution with school‑aged children is preferred; previous experience with Mathnasium is highly preferred
• Hours: 30 - 40 hours/week
