Job summary

Saga Education is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of the Saga Math Lab at a partner school. You will supervise tutors, manage routines, and ensure consistent program delivery to support student outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Program Manager, data tracking, and strong communication with school staff. In-person, full-time position with benefits and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• 1+ year experience in middle or high school math education.
• Proficiency in high school mathematics (Algebra I & II and Geometry).
• Commitment to using Google Suite and Saga data tracking software.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a day or week.
• Strong relationship-building skills with students, tutors, and school stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Lived or work experience in historically underserved communities.
• Site travel between two school sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behavior, routines, and systems while supporting a positive and productive team environment.
• Create and maintain systems aligned with school policies, including safe learning expectations, bathroom pass procedures, phone-use guidelines, daily student greetings, and incentive structures.
• Supervise daily activities of Math Tutors in the classroom.
• Identify and resolve conflicts among tutors or between tutors and students, escalating as needed.
• Monitor student progress and attendance data to develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and Saga departments to align on curriculum and instruction.
