The position offers a full-time schedule with a typical 8-hour shift, tentative work-from-home option, and salary between $40,000 and $55,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience providing reading intervention or support for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
• Ability to design and implement targeted academic interventions based on data.
• Experience administering universal screeners to guide instructional planning.
• Track and monitor student progress and adjust interventions every 8–10 weeks.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and administrators to align intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines.

Responsibilities
