Job summary

Mathnasium of Upper Arlington is hiring instructors to teach math using the Mathnasium Method in-center. You will collaborate with a team to provide individualized instruction and assess student progress, keeping lessons engaging with real-world examples.

We offer flexible hours, training, and ongoing coaching, with no lesson planning required and room for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills from Kindergarten through Algebra I.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Ability to pass a background check; eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Availability for 2+ afternoon shifts (Sun-Thur, 3-4hrs).
• All applicants must complete a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.

What You'll Do
